Ringo App Fault?

Hi there again!
This is a querky one. Parked the car and paid on the Ringo App £7.30 on a Saturday for a whole days parking, this i did at 9.25am 22/10/2025 and was meant to be valid for the whole day. I left the car park the same day at 4.07pm
Anyway last week I got a parking charge from APCOA for parking without valid parking payment, stating that I enterered the car park at 09.21am and left 4.07pm on the 22nd Oct.
Upon checking my Ringo receipt, it states that the parking is valid from 5.30pm 22nd to 02.30am 23rd, so obviously there is an issue with the Ringo app!
How do I go about appealing this with Apcoa and has anyone else experienced this at this location, this being High Wycombe Train Station?

All APCOA PCNs can be easily beaten just by sending an appeal as registered keeper, pointing out that APCOA can't hold keepers liable.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
