FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on Wednesday 19 November 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 10.00 a.m. on Friday 12 December 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

• The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
• The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below).  All entrants must be contactable on Friday 12 December 2025 and for 2 working days after.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:
 

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize:

 

There is one prize consisting of one thousand pounds (£1,000) of credit to spend on shopontv.co.uk.

 

The Prize shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

• The one thousand pounds (£1,000) credit shall be applied to the winner’s Shop on TV account by the prize provider.
• The winner will be required to have a valid customer account with Shop on TV. If the winner does not have a valid customer account, then the prize provider will assist the customer in setting up a new account.
• The credit will remain on the customer’s account for a maximum period of six (6) months, after which it shall expire.
• The credit may be used towards delivery costs and across multiple transactions.
• The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Prize Draw shall be open to UK residents only.
• Use of the Prize shall be subject to the Prize Provider’s terms and conditions, found here, https://www.shopontv.co.uk/terms-conditions#section_GTNRX.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
