Virgin Media CCJ issued still Nothing

I have been chasing a reissue of a Credit which Virgin media owed which they (issue from a different company) letters sent communications on the live chat , calls, TRYING to get close on this matter .... NOTHING .... So I issued a CCJ ... issued Nothing ... Virgin Media didnt reply so the CCJ was issued ....
