English parking fine, Scottish keeper

Hey,
looking for some advice - my car was parked outside a rented apartment in England for the weekend. Turns out the parking area wasn’t the free parking area and my car got 3 consecutive parking fines from VCSL. I am the registered keeper wasn’t the driver, and I live in Scotland and my car is registered in Scotland. They have been sending PCN’s, now they have passed it to DCBL based in Scotland, who have been sending my notices of debt recovery - 3x £170!!!

Where do I stand with the original charges are from England? Can I send them a letter to say that I am the registered keeper but not the driver and that I’m not obliged to give out that information? Also, I’m moving house so do I include this in the letters?
3x 170 is a lot of money so are they more likely to take me to court because of the value - stressing out!
many thanks in advance

There is no fine involved. As there, still for the moment, no keeper liability in Scotland you can ignore.I wouldn't bother communicating with them. You can file the DCBL letters.Nothing has changed since your previous experiences a few years ago.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid5

As above, ignore everything except a court claim from a Scottish/Sheriff court. Come back to this thread if that happens.
If you move, then send a rectification notice to the DPO of the parking company instructing them to erase your data and replace it with your new address for service, and tell them to instruct their agents to do the same, and instruct DCB Ltd to do the same. Make sure to use the word I have highlighted as it has a specific meaning where data processing is concerned.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

DCBL aren't based in Scotland; nothing will happen. TOTALLY IGNORE THESE LETTERS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
