Hi

I have done the AOS.  Can someone help me draft a response letter?

I paid for parking but instead of **** *** the machine printed off ** *** missing off the first two letter.

I appealed with smart parking, but to no avail, also tried a POPLA appeal.

Where do I send my response letter to?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

    You aren't sending a letter.

Read the Template Defence thread and then copy ANY other Smart Parking defence here this month. Any one.

Just checking  -  did you appeal as keeper only or was the driver outed?

Your password is on show,  so not redacted correctly

Smart Parking via DCB Legal claim,  issue date was 27th October,  so I really hope that you completed the AOS stage online on MCOL by the 15th of November   ?  Please confirm

POC states , Insufficient paid time,  so the alleged breach is pleaded

Use any recent 11 paragraph Smart Parking defence,  adapting paragraph 3
  • Hi

    Yes completed the AOS.

There is a photo of me driving into the car park, which smart parking provided back in 2021

I doubt it,  any photo was of the vehicle itself  !
  • AOS was sent 31st October.

Do you dispute the claim because you have already paid it? - what should I put for this when I believe I have paid.

Could someone copy and paste the 11 point defence for me?  I've seen so many posts, not sure what to put.

Thanks all for your help, really appreciated

Your AOS has already been completed

Adapt the following 11 paragraph defence to suit   ( paragraph 3  )
