County Court Hearing

Hi all,
I had my mediation call a couple of months back where I offered a fiver and was declined.
I was hoping it would of been thrown out at this point as its parkingeye and dcblegal.
They also emailed me offering to settle for £60 at this point(down from 270) Is there any chance they may still drop it? Otherwise I need to do prep for court but I'm bored of them at this point. Have other people fared well in court?
Thanks

Everybody gets a hearing order.
Nobody has been to a hearing...
...because DCB Legal always discontinue these claims (unless it was a multiple PCN case). I'm surprised you don't know when that happens! There are over 700 linked threads on @Umkomaas discontinuances thread, telling you when a NoD gets emailed by DCB Legal and what they look like.
Show us yours when it arrives.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Please reveal the dates. Then we can advise whether you need to do a witness statement or not.
It will be "thrown out" ie. discontinued, but never this early. You're bored of them, but many people are scared of them. Which is why they need the period between mediation and them not paying the court fee to pressure people into paying. That's the whole point of bulk litigation and last minute discontinuance.
You'll be getting silly offers from them at some point.4 -
Okay guys, thanks for that. I may have jumped the gun a bit. I have been lost on these threads a few times, I'll have a look through those discontinuances now! The date is for early March, I only received the letter today so still a fair bit of time until the "hearing"0

They won't discontinue for a few months, nearer the court hearing payment date, definitely not before, so perhaps in February0

YES ... the now famous DCBL
CHICKEN OUT .... COURT TIMEWASTERS ... TRY IT ON MERCHANTS
BPA and SRA members, they also must be so proud ...... where is Lammy to clampdown on these tax payers timewasters
Will not be too long that these timewasters reach 1000 discontinuations
Is your MP aware of this, tell them0 -
