Confused regarding a bathroom door

Hello,
Doing a new bathroom as part of integral garage conversion.
Internet gives me to go with solid core doors for bathroom for better sound proof. also suggestions of wood plastic composite and laminate doors.
I am looking at a budget of max 100 which is better for moisture and sound proof. Any suggestions will help please as going to wickes and B&Q didn't help me much.
Thanks.

Does your bathroom door need to be sound proof? If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
Just a normal door.
What style are you after?
Even if it literally has a bath or shower, the levels of steam produced shouldn't cause any issues.0 -
Don't buy doors in the sheds, go to a proper supplier, loads around, eg Todd Doors.Signature on holiday for two weeks1

I guess that depends what room the bathroom is opening from!Ectophile said:Does your bathroom door need to be sound proof?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Is the new bathroom going to have a external window?
If not a partially glazed door with modesty glass would let light into it.Play with the expectation of winning not the fear of failure. S.Clarke0
