Confused regarding a bathroom door

Hello, 

Doing a new bathroom as part of integral garage conversion. 

Internet gives me to go with solid core doors for bathroom for better sound proof. also suggestions of wood plastic composite and laminate doors. 

I am looking at a budget of max 100 which is better for moisture and sound proof. Any suggestions will help please as going to wickes and B&Q didn't help me much.

Does your bathroom door need to be sound proof?

Just a normal door.
What style are you after? 
Even if it literally has a bath or shower, the levels of steam produced shouldn't cause any issues.

Don't buy doors in the sheds, go to a proper supplier, loads around, eg Todd Doors.

Its opening from Hallway into my integral garage.

Two young kids who likes to take hot showers and always its full of steam when they come out

Is the new bathroom going to have a external window?
If not a partially glazed door with modesty glass would let light into it.

Make sure you fit a good extractor fan with humidistat so it operates automatically regardless of whether the light is on or off, and runs until all the humidity has dropped back down.  Not all fans are equal - cheapo models that builders like to throw in tend to be inefficient noise makers only.  I've got the Vent Axia Svara and can recommend, I've previously had the Airflow Icon 30 (this is a beast and great if you've the opportunity to sink the larger interior side in the wall - say cutting out plasterboard), and I've seen good reviews of the Envirovent range too.
