Problems, again, when trying to withdraw funds from Paypal

When I try to transfer funds from my PayPal account to my bank account, I received a message saying that the amount I am trying to withdraw is less than their minimum withdrawal amount of $1.00 As I am trying to withdraw £20 this is nonsense. I cannot find any way to contact them to try to resolve this so I wondered if anyone else is having the same problem?

Yes - I had earlier this week.

Is it in a foreign currency? 

I got a payout from a survey site. Some of it was in pounds and some in dollars. It sits in Paypal as two different pots. I withdrew the pounds, then got that error message while trying to withdraw the dollars. Its something I've done before with no issues. 

I logged in online, instead of the app, and was able to withdraw it that way.

Thank you - I went and logged in online and I could then transfer the money. I had been using the app previously.
