Debit card refund

I purchased an airline ticket through Booking.com. and that went through Pay Pal which was paid for from my Halifax account debit card. The airline has gone bust and i was wondering who i should contact to try and get a refund?

Your travel insurance first, let them deal with it. Booking.com should sort it, failing that paypal.

Is it perhaps a possibilty to claim from Paypal for non-delivery?0
