If you filled in the dowloaded pdf document from the government website, email it again to the DQ email address adding this to the email subject etc

Changing the above example to your claim ref number of course

Attach the completed N180 DQ pdf document, adding a note that it was previously sent on dd/mm/yyyy and the email auto response was received straightaway, so you have proof of receipt in January

Then keep checking your MCOL claim history to ensure that it is logged this time ( you should have been checking every few days anyway. )

I called them yesterday and the lady said not to worry it's just been processed even tho I mentioned I sent in January before they send me a sanction but she wasn't hearing it, just do nothing now she said.
