    We haven't seen the POC but from the fact that Chan & Akande are not used, it would suggest the breach was pleaded.

    I have received response that they will be proceeding but I can call to make them an offer giving me 7 days lol

    Update...I received a call from DCB legal asking me to settle for £170 and I said no. They called me again but didn't get to speak to anyone, so I guess we are going to court.

    Well done,  but nope

    Dcb legal will discontinue before the hearing fee deadline,  a few weeks before the court hearing,  so nobody will be going to court 

    Meanwhile,  please edit your thread title to something more suitable like

    Thanks guys - they keep calling to offering me settlement at £170, then £155 but I gave them a firm.

    Read the paperwork with the N180 DQ document,  then use the QR code,  download it and fill it in and email it as a pdf attachment to the correct email addresses

    No pictures or scans, no posting it either

    Hi all,


    I received this today dated 25th of Feb. The N180 was emailed on the 16th of January and I got an automated response to my email.


    What do I do? Send it again or call?
