Crumbs.....can't help reflecting that if I felt that insecure in any personal or business relationship, I would not be entering into any future joint enterprise, including a joint account......

Thanks, we might go separate ways and we have just sold a rental property so I have been advised to secure the money in an account with two signatures for the time being…..

Is the conveyancer able and willing to hold onto the proceeds for as long as it takes to decide what you're going to do?
