Hot glue gun that won't break the bank?

If anyone could recommend one please, that would be great!
There is just so much choice out there and I always seem to pick ones that are less than brilliant.

My current one never stops releasing the glue even if it is not being used, the glue just keeps oozing out which is very messy but I'm also using glue sticks like there is no tomorrow.

Ideally I didn't want to spend more than around £20 but can you get a decent hot glue gun for that price?

I bought a Hoto cordless hot glue gun. It’s £30 at Amazon but I didn’t pay that much. It’s amazing and I’ve been really happy with it. Maybe it’ll be reduced on Black Friday. It doesn’t drip and has a cap that you can put on whilst it’s still hot so even if it did come out it would be caught.
  • I got a cordless one off Amazon which is brilliant but does drip glue, I turn it off inbetween using it - I didn’t know you could get one that doesn’t drip! Maybe I need to upgrade

I think they all drip; it's a fundamental property of hot melt glue.
Mine is a mains-powered but "cordless" one from Lidl. It came with a stand that includes a drip tray.
I bought it a few years ago and don't know if it will come back to the middle of Lidl again, otherwise I'd suggest it for you.

I totally forgot that I had posed this, my apologies!

By way of an update I did get a new glue gun. I was given some B&Q vouchers for Christmas so I decided to take a look and decided to buy a Stanley one, which up to now is serving me very well.

Thank you again for all of your suggestions :)
