ZZPS Admitted to being driver and missed Popla

I didn’t even know this forum existed and relied on AI to combat my ticket. So I’ve made a few mistakes but I am receiving letters from ZZPS and its trading styles. What are my options? Just wait it out?
I thought correspondence would be through post after appealing so I missed the Popla code. Asked for a new one but they are not budging.
i only called up twice, once regarding GDPR removal of data as this was something I saw on one of the forums, but its not looking good.

I should note the “parking event” evidenced shows the car off and stationary for two mins in a zone where even blue badges can apparently not park. I thought waiting was fine, and did challenge the consideration and grace period in the BPA code of conduct but to no avail. Looks like one should ignore ZZPS related PCNs but I just want to double check if there’s anything to give me peace of mind and get this cancelled.0

Name the private parking company claimant that issued the pcn ?
Was this in England and Wales ?
I doubt that it will be cancelled, few private pcns are cancelled, despite around 17 million being issued per annum1 -
