ROBOT VACUUM CLEANERS

I have had the EUFY RoboVac 15C Max for just over 3 years.  It is bleeping when I switch it on and says it stuck and cannot reverse.  It is saying bumper and I can see that there is a bit which is protruding and perhaps a screw missing. I am not able to repair things SO  I would be happy just to buy a new one of some sort.  I have got sciatica and pushing a vacuum cleaner is hard for me.  Any advice or views would be appreciated.  Sue

I have had a EUFY robot cleaner for 3 years now. ROBOVAC 15C. It has developed a fault bumper stuck and can't rotate.  I have had very good use of it but looking to buy a new one and wondering if anyone has any advice for me.  There seems to be so many on the market but looking for anyone who has got experience  of then

I have had a look at my Eufy and cleaned everything is working again.  I had said bumper stuck and it would only go in circles.  There was a lot of fluff  in the sensor wheel ?? its ok now

I've just thrown out my robot vac, doing it myself is easier than preparing the house for the robot!
