OP they offer to collect the goods so all you need to do is make the goods available for collection.tt2505 said:More help please 🙏
what do I do now, Efurn have not responded to my emails & Paypal won’t budge!
Do I start the process of small claims court?
I just can’t believe that the company can get away with supplying faulty goods with no comeback 😳
They need to refund within 14 days of agreeing you are due a refund (this is matter of fact and clear in this case so from when you sent them the photos of the problems).
If they need it packaged for return I would say they'll need to sort that as part of their offer to collect, it's not like it's something you put in a shoe box.

- If a refund is requested, a full refund will be issued once we have collected the item from you. No collection or delivery charges apply.

(15)A refund under this section must be given without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days beginning with the day on which the trader agrees that the consumer is entitled to a refund.
They had £300 grand in the bank a year ago so hopefully a letter before action requesting they 1) refund in full 2) collect the goods (and arrange packing them up as they see fit) might given them a nudge if you aren't getting anywhere otherwise. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -

So you last emailed Efurn on Sunday the 16th? I think maybe a bit of patience could be in order. You mention Paypal and S75 - Did you pay using paypal credit? If not, then what Paypal offer is all they offer in this situation, so no point on pushing that avenue.Next step? Letter before action giving a time frame for this to be resolved, and then small claims court if not.1
