I'll go out on a limb here....

I am kenn on green energy production and you have some great ideas posted above.
My priorities would be the high level of insulation ( but not cavity wall insulation as there are too many problems with it)....but

Why not retain more wood/multi fuel burners? Given you have no gas or oil then you are totally reliant on electricity. I see that as too much of a risk especially in a rural area. So it may be worth factoring in power cut risks. If there have been cuts but only of a short duration ( and hoping that remains the worst case) then it could be that a big investment in battery storage/backup could be good lack of heating risk reduction. Consider how much power you would need in the depths of winter. It could be top side of 20kWh per day outage.

Two burners might help in that respect and be cheap to run if you have any free dry wood, cover a lot of your heating needs emergency ( even long term) and regularly. Using really dry wood is essential but that does not have to be expensively bought kiln dried.

Ground mounted solar, if possible, seems a no brainer too if roof mounted is insufficient. You will get good benefit driving from them/ batteries your HPs for much of the year and a HP tariff to cover winter. ( if you have  a smart meter....if not apply soon as there can be a significant  delay as I have found currently). Of course you need to position panels well with respect to shading. Nothing wrong with a good shed or two to house equipment outside for weather protection.
