How do you pay the dance school, i.e. is there a direct debit, or continuous payment authority, or are you paying manually each time?

I'm just thinking that if they don't actually have the ability to take money directly from your account/card, then it would be up to them to pursue you via court for what they'd consider to be a debt, which would strengthen your hand, especially if you bought the second ticket....
they can !!!!!! off for the 3rd ..
Charming.  I suddenly have a lot more sympathy for the dance theatre organisation.
Why I didnt swear but for some reason it thinks I did

That completely subverts the point of the minimum 3 tickets rule, but it seems to meet their rules.
It wouldn't subvert it as such, in that it simply wouldn't meet it:
The number of tickets expected per student, along with the cost per ticket, was not hidden at any stage
But originally it was not a minimum of 3 but of 2/3 thats the difference If I have to pay for what they required then surely paying for 2 tickets meets that requirement

Fair enough, although I can't think what fell foul of the filter if it wasn't swearing?

Did it say "2/3" or "two/three"?  You can guess what I'm thinking if it was the former!

That's a shame.  I quite fancied the idea of countering their demand by asking them for a refund of a third of the ticket you did purchase!

Perhaps worth noting the forum rules in this area when considering adding spaces or substituting digits for letters....

    Please mind your language

We use profanity filters and will act against those trying to work around them or using language that we deem offensive, this includes sexual references or inference and vulgarity or links containing any of these.

Pretty obvious why that was filtered out, then.  Do you know what it means?
Of course I do .. "go away" but you use what ever version you feel like
