Which breakdown service would folk here recommend

Several years ago, after reading an article on this forum, I opted for AutoAid, which I have had ever since. My contract wnds in about 2 weeks

I am wondering whether this is still a good buy

My car is only 3 years old and I only drive locally

I would recommend Start Rescue, all of my family are with them called them out a few times and always responded quickly. On renewal there prices have always been good but if you contact them they always offer a further discount too.

I use Aviva breakdown. Which is really the RAC, with an Aviva badge on it.

I did look there

AutoAid quoted there at £57.28, but my renewal rate would be £97.04 .. I have never needed to call them out, since I joined them, several years ago

I moved from Autoaid to start last year.  Not used them for a call out, but for three cars to cover they are good value at £100 for their level 2 cover.

I just renewed as a new customer & got the £57.28 price.
Done it for a couple of years now.
