Sunday Times Where Was I? competition
(www.thetimes.co.uk/travel/destinations/competition/where-was-i-ftrnmb55n)
The prize:
The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, in a Superior Sea View Room at Penally Abbey. Above the Pembrokeshire coast south of Tenby, this 12-bedroom gothic-revival house has been made elegant and homey by its interior-designer owner Melanie Boissevain. Deep colours and oversized prints add drama downstairs, while the colour schemes in the bedrooms are quieter but no less considered.
In the low-lit Rhosyn Restaurant expect plenty of local produce, including venison and duck breast, and digestifs by the crackling drawing-room fire.
The prize includes one three-course dinner for two (excluding drinks) in Rhosyn Restaurant and must be taken before April 30, 2026, subject to availability and excluding the periods from December 22 to January 2 and March 28 to April 12, as well as Valentine’s Day. The prize must be booked directly with Penally Abbey Hotel. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any hotel offers or events.
