Two red lights flashing on EON smart meter

Noticed two red lights flashing on smart meter. Shall I be concerned? The top one might indicate high usuage but not sure about the bottom one. near red switch.Thanks

I think EON can use various smart meters. So, in fact it's Secure Liberty 100 meter.
Also, you have to be more specific on 'top' and 'bottom' lights.

The bottom one near the keypad is the "usage" light, should be flashing when using power.The top centre WAN light should also flash 1 to 5 times then pause then flash again 1 to 5 times indicating it is connected, 1 flash - low signal strength, 5 flashes - high signal strength.Top left "power" light should be on when the meter is powered.1
