RTB in progress but discharged bankruptcy on K18

Im about to complete on a RTB  purchase however the land registry K18 shows my discharged bankruptcy.

Discharged 2023

The lender is fully aware of my circumstances and mortgage is agreed however I’m wondering if this will cause any problem at completion?

Both solicitors are aware & have a copy of discharge certificate too.

Is anyone able to help or suggest what I should do, if anything?

What problem do you think it will cause if everyone is aware of it and not bothered?
  • I genuinely don’t know, this is why I posted. Just hoped someone may have had similar issue and could advise.

It will be disclosed to the lender but as they are already aware it shouldn’t cause any issues for you.  Was your solicitor also aware of it in advance? If not, they may be making more of it than it really befits as it will have come as a surprise to them.

If you had not disclosed it to the lender, this would be the point when your transaction would be turning problematic though - that’s why the land reg search is done!

According to the .gov website for Right to Buy, it would only be a problem if it wasn't discharged.
