Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 
 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the Good Morning Britain, Loose Women, Lorraine and This Morning programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the Programme app (the “App”) and online via i) via the QR code showing during the on screen promotion (to be redirected to www.itv.com/win) in relation to Good Morning Britain only (“QR Code”)  or (ii) the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 14 November 2025.

Winner selection & contact:
 

• The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
• The prize is time critical and the Promoter will try to contact the winner on the phone number (or other method of contact (if appropriate)) provided, calling five times in a three-hour daytime period. All entrants must be contactable for three (3) working days after Thursday 27 November 2025.

Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. The Gift Card –

 

This element of the prize shall consist of a Champneys gift card worth three thousand pounds (£3,000).

 

The Gift Card shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

• The Gift Card can be used as full or part payment for new overnight bookings, treatments, add-ons and merchandise at any Champneys resort, hotels and city spas.
• The Gift Card cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers and the value of any monetary balance cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative.
• The Gift Card cannot be used against existing bookings, conferences, weddings, club membership, Cloud 9, retreats, golf, Vitality bookings and products from the online shop.
• The Gift Card will be valid for twenty-four (24) months from 28 November 2025 after which they expire and cannot be extended or refunded. No change can be given on redemption, but the balance will remain on the card until the date of expiry. The remaining balance on the date of expiry will be deducted the following day.
• The prize provider of the Gift Card cannot be held liable for gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged. The prize provider of the Gift Card is not responsible for any unauthorised use of these cards.
• The Gift Card shall be delivered to the prize winner via an email from the prize provider, containing instructions regarding how the Gift Card can be redeemed.
