UKPC parking ticket

Hi All.
Got a parking ticket from UKPC on Hermiston Gait Retail park coz I parked between the lines. I appealed it saying the car next to me was also parked outside the lines so I had to park this way in order me and my son to be able to get out the car and that there were no clear signs of the terms and rules of the park part users. They obviously rejected the claim and I got sent today a latter from ZZPS requesting the increased withdebt resolution fees amount or they will proceed to county court. I tried with POPLA who basically told they can't do anything as it's a month in.
I've read previous post about private parking tickets and wondering what I should do?? I contacted Ombudsman with a complaint but I doubt anything will come out of it.should I reply to ZZPS letter? Thank you

There isn't an Ombudsman and you should already know from the pictures in post 4 of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST that you ignore ZZPS, of course.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
