4 year battle with Gladstones

Having received a second 'letter before claim' and having my evidence rejected again, I find myself looking for ideas/guidance for moving forward and bringing this debacle to a conclusion. I will not pay the PCN as it has incorrectly issued and will go to court if necessary. I will deal with the main facts.
The parking was paid in full and I have bank details proving time of payment and amount.
The parking charge paid, exactly correlates with entrance and exit times shown by the company who raised the PCN.
The parking company claim is a breaching of their T&c's 'parking fee covering visit duration was not paid in full'
The car park company sent payment record with original PCN showing no payment made at the time prior to leaving the car park. (Their only evidence) Ironically there is no payment on any car for the amount I paid.
I have proof (video) that the machine will only ask for payment if it recognises a car registration in the car park. If the machine asks you to pay an amount which is accurate to your parking period and you pay this amount and there is no evidence on their log sheet, I would suggest that their machine was faulty or the excel spread sheet has been adjusted.

I hope the above gives a flavour of the issue and look forward to comments as I fear until the law is changed to give a level of protection to the public the private car park companies and solicitors will continue to operate with impunity.
Nb. My MP has also written to this company 2 years ago without a positive outcome

Thanks for the response but I am aware that these rogue car park companies monitor these web sites, so at this stage I would prefer not to mention the name of the parking company.

It'll be an ex-clamper firm like PCM I expect. Do you have bank account evidence of paying a certain amount?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Could it be Minster Baywatch, the PPC you named in your previous thread from 2022?

The monitoring of this forum by parking firms is a grossly over-imagined phenomenon.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

OK .... that’s your choice .... but how much time do you think exclamper scammers have to monitor all this ?

The regulars ..... when not given details they ask for are then limited in their advice

You wont get any help though with being cloak and dagger which is frankly not needed and helps no one.  If you think someone is watching this then you are mistaken

These firms issue over 40,000 PCNs every day. It may be time to put the tin foil hat into storage. Your imagination is running wild if you think there is a team of hooded 'yoofs' scanning the web for information on your PCN that they can somehow use against you.
