Any dealings with All Home Repairs 24/7

Hi there
Anyone dealt with this company? I should have read the reviews before I used their services.

Basically they locate a tradesman in your area and charge you even before the said tradesman has appeared. Also their terms and conditions are unclear.
I have cancelled an engineer but on reading the terms and conditions afterwards it appears even if you cancel before engineer has set foot in your property you are not due a refund.
I am challenging this as it was not explained to me before I booked their services.
Has anybody dealt with them or has any feedback they can tell me.
Thank you

If you are, essentially, paying them to find an engineer for you, and they found an engineer for you, then the fact that you subsequently cancelled the appointment doesn't mean they've not provided the service, therefore I'm sure sure you'd be due a refund.1

It also looks like a subscription service, so check if you’ve paid up to pay a monthly sum, and cancel if necessary.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The terms and conditions are not clear plus I was not made aware at the beginning if I cancelled the workman I was still liable to pay.born_again said:
