help please and don't berate me - letter before court

Hi - after some advice please.
I have received a letter from debt recovery that states I am not to ignore as it'll go to court.  I think I have misplaced another letter but recall seeing a solicitor named on another letter.  I am ignoring the debt recovery letters as instructed in the other threads (forgive me I am hopeless with IT but have tried to follow the old threads and do as guidance states).  I am in Birmingham and received a fine for allegedly parking overnight!  That of course did not happen I parked for half an hour in the evening (to buy my son a toy after his op- I have the transaction evidence and hospital letters).  I returned in the morning to get meds (I have this transaction too).  I live 5 mins away so why I would park overnight is madness!  They clearly have not checked their cameras.  I have written to the shopping centre but await their reply.  These guys hound and hound (defence systems Ltd) should I ignore Debt recovery plus?  I know previous advice says ignore and I am sorry for repetition I am just flapping a little.

Definitely not a fine from Defence Systems,  just an invoice for the alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property,  only they or their lawyers can take it further,  to a Money Claim,  nobody else can, Definitely not powerless debt collectors

So IGNORE the powerless debt collectors letters,  they cannot do anything apart from sending scary looking but worthless letters,  hamster cage bedding after you shred them , especially from Debt Recovery Plus

Come back to this thread if or when you receive a

Letter of Claim,  in the post

    Or

A Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL in the post
