ebay purchase advice wanted

I won an auction for a Galaxy smartphone and paid pretty much straight away
the buyer has printed out a postage label using simple delivery but they have not posted the item (5 days ago) and are not responding to messages
obviously I will wait a bit longer but should it come to it is an INR the best way to proceed?
any advice would be appreciated. I thought it first it might be someone scamming but it was quite a cheap small smartphone and if they were going to do this I would have thought they would have listed a much more expensive one
What should I look out for?

Try putting the tracking number directly into the carriers website as ebay often fails to update the tracking.2
