Seeking guidance to successfully appeal fine received from the University Hospital in Coventry
A family member of mine has received a fine for parking in the blue badge parking area. A parking fee was paid for before leaving the hospital. A blue badge was displayed when parked but the blue badge was not registered with the Universty Hospital of Coventry & Warwickshire in accordance with their guidance.
I am managing the matter. I see from Facebook that appeals and similar methods of resolution are notoriously unforgiving. I am seeking to hear anecdotes of successful appeals against fines received from UHCW. Any guidance is welcome to avoid paying the £100.

You avoid paying the £100 but not paying it 2 -
Complain about it to the PALS team, and/or the CEO, based on reasonable adjustment under the Equality Act 20104
