I have just succeeded in my court case brought by Excel Parking. I was intimidated by dbalegal with threats of bailiffs and C.C.J.s against my credit rating.
I researched the British Parking Association Codes of Practice wherein I found discrepancies with the way they had conducted themselves in the appeal process.
Referred to the local council re planning permission for ANPR mounting towers and signage, there was no planning application or grant.
Referred to the Consumer Rights Act and built my statement around those factors.
