You'd have to be extremely (un)lucky to get a call from both at the same time. 

£100,000 is still a lot of money; I personally think it would be silly not to enter both!

I don't see how there's any malice in it, as the chances of winning both are insanely high. 

Plus they are two separate competitions one by WinHappy and the other by Win+ with their own rules. Even if there is the link to Global.
