Natwest 'to keep your card details safe' loop

On 7 November I received a notification from Natwest
'To keep your card details safe, we're replacing your debit card ending xxxx. No need to call us - your old card will keep working until the new one is ready.'
That seemed a bit strange as I had no unusual activity on my account, but then I read it was perhaps a website that I had used my card on at some point has perhaps been hacked and they just do it as a safety measure
Since then I have received the same notification on 12 and 13 November and in my app I can see 4 debit cards under Manage cards!
Yet to receive any replacement card(s) as such in the post although that might be just a case of slow post round here and my existing debit card continues to work fine
Is anybody else experiencing similar?

Someone on Reddit got sent 6 cards by NatWest so maybe they have an issue

Still got 4 cards according to the app and received1 new one in the post so far, but just got a text from Natwest so they must have a glitch in the matrix somewhere!
"Important information about your debit cards. We're sorry, we sent you more cards than you need for your account ending xxxx. Please just use the card ending xxxx. We'll cancel the other card, if you have any questions or concerns, give us a call on the number on the back of your card or visit a branch. Thanks."0 -
