If an entrant wins a box of Desserts Collection, 210g, they need to add their delivery information including phone number when prompted or later as requested via an auto-winner email. If you put the mouse pointer at the end of your mail address and tab down that works x

Just entered using Chrome and it works fine. The entry form is on a drop down form.

Sorry to reply late, only just seen your comment. Try shrinking the screen, that should make the other appear.
