Aqualisa Electric Shower leaking heavily from back/bottom of unit

Hi, was hoping someone might have some advice on how I may be able to fix this or ideally diagnose the issue?
I found another thread on here (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2867796/aqualisa-electric-shower-pressure-relief-device) and followed the PRD fix a member kindly posted up, but it hasn't made any difference. I assume it is another component that is to blame but short of ordering an entire near innards system from Aqualisa (with no guarantee of success) I thought I'd see if any friendly people may be able to help.
See link to the video of the water leak with the front of my Aqualisa Lumi shower taken off. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! My pregnant Mrs is lamenting the lack of her shower currently 😕

It's possibly the PRD that's been triggered by a kink in the hose or blockage in the shower head.
Once triggered it needs to be replaced and the source of the pressure build up located. Just be very careful when checking with the cover off.0 -
Agree with the above, I had one fail recently and found the part online, and followed a youtube video to check I was doing it correctly - was pretty easy to do0
