Evri lost/stolen parcel in transit

This is the 5th parcel I've lost through evri but by far the worst had a pair of trainers delivered to a safe parcel drop(post office) yet 16 days now after it arrived at there depot nothing. I've even now had 2 emails from evri admitting they've lost said parcel but won't update the tracking so the seller still thinks it's on its way. Someone please help as I'm banging my head against a brick wall

Not received...leave it with the seller to sort..... I have just had "lost in transit"... it was a tree, a 6 foot tree........they lost it, can you believe. Seller informed and sent again.0
