But of course the fact that they're not trying to hide anything doesn't actually make it right, regardless of the motivation of anyone trying to exercise their legal rights!born_again said:
The only people who would want to send it back for change of mind would be the people who looking out for making a fast buck by selling items on.eskbanker said:

It seems the T/C are written in such a way that you simply can not return because you did not get the item you wanted..Which TBH with something like this is fair.
They have not tried to hide anything. It is all up front & clear.0 -
Sensibly yes, but there will be those that wanted one of the higher value items and will try and get out of it when they actually get a power brick or such which is worth about the monies paid and the recipient doesnt want or need it.born_again said:

Anker list the value of the contents at RRP/MRSP but routinely sell below this themselves. The majority will be getting what they paid for, a small minority will be getting something more valuable. Looking at the £20 offer you have a 57.2% chance of a charger (have the exact model, paid £20 for it), 41% chance of a MagSafe battery (currently £24 on Amazon), 0.2% of some wireless headphones (currently at RRP on Amazon at £150) etc... I mean they can't really be much more open listing your percentages and everything but always someone will feel hard done by.3
