Any further information on this since? I too have received a letter that the claim has been sent to my local county court.0

Ignore that witness statement2

Im writing my witness statement to send to the court and CEL and then will attend court in January. Ive had enough of these crooks and will do my bit to try and stop them. Make sure you get your witness statement off in time and send to CEL too.buzzUK said:Any further information on this since? I've only had the heads up that its being transferred to my local court, not had any request for the witness statement yet, other than the one I wrote up for MCOL at the start.Aprillia041629 said:

My case was struck out by the court. CEL didn't pay the £27 court fee as instructed. How is your case coming along? Hopefully yours will be struck out too.

@buzzUK, you really should start a thread of your own with some details. Your Notice of Allocation should tell you that you ,ust submit your witness statement and evidence by a certain date. The "one you wrote up for MCOL at the start" is surely your defence. You need to read the NEWBIE sticky.2

My letter says it has been allocated to the small claims track and part 2 says the claim will be heard at on a date and at a time, notice of which will be sent to you later. The court reserves the right to change the place and or time of the hearing.Le_Kirk said:@buzzUK, you really should start a thread of your own with some details. Part 6 says the party must deliver to the other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which that party intends to rely at the hearing no later than fourteen days before the hearing.
So I am waiting for a date. I will start getting my witness statement together and update my own thread following this.1
