MSE App data error.

- I have the Android app and while checking yesterday I noticed that it had my retiral month/year wrong.
- Ah well, I thought I could correct it following the published procedure. But no, I could change many things but not this particular piece of data.
- I then thought I would contact some helpful app-type person by email. But no, there is no way to make contact simply and easily, I don't like phone calls as there is no evidence of the call.
- I then felt a complaint forming, I'll fill out a complaint form. But no, there is no way to make a complaint, which I feel is arrogance of a high level.
- I feel better now.

Where in the app is the retire date?
If it's an issue then delete/reinstall the app and create a new account (need a different email address).
Be interested in what exactly you would complain about - everything here is free and offered without liability.2 -
When I logged on yesterday and clicked through to the Credit Club, the first screen asked me to 'check my details'. It erroneously had my retiral date as 3 years later than the actual date. I returned to the screen this afternoon, and it now only states that I am retired.I had confirmed that my data was wrong and I was redirected to 'Edit your details'. On this page, it is stated " It's important that your details are up to date to make sure these ratings – and your chances of being accepted for the credit cards and loans you see – are accurate." However, there was no facility to corredt my retiral date. However, the text has now been altered, as I stated above.
If accurate data is vital for card and loan acceptance then, if I am unable to correct the error then that is a ground for complaint.0 -
