Wisdomtree DEM ETF dividend currency

Can someone please clarify the dividend frequency and currency of DEM, Wisdomtree EM Equity Income ETF. ISIN IE00BQQ3Q067 is priced in Sterling (I would buy it on Interactive Investor) but the dividend announcement on the LSE website shows a USD distribution. dividenddata.co.uk likewise shows USD distributions (quarterly, unlike HL which says biannual). It seems curious to have two different currencies in play for the same ETF.

Better to go to the source than rely on third parties; WisdomTree's website indicates quarterly and USD.

It's not unusual to have the same ETF listed in multiple currencies. LSE:DEM is denominated in sterling and LSE:DEMD is US dollar.

Thanks. This dual currency seems curious. Aside from converting USD dividends to GBP (for which ii fleece you), is there any other currency downside?
