Who are "PROMONTORIA LOKI DAC"

Hi guys, I'm here again and now I'm trying to sort out my wife's IVA as she also has a default registered with an incorrect date. The debt is now owned by "PROMONTORIA LOKI DAC" however I'm unable to find any information or even a website about this company anywhere online, does anyone know who they are?

I emailed CSA and the director replied saying you've got the wrong address mate 🤣

Literally just emailed them hopefully they know!

was the default date correct on the original lender/creditor that went into the IVA? If it wasn't, then it may be simpler to get them to correct this date first

However I'd imagine it wasn't so ill contact the original lender too thanks for your help

Have a look at your credit report; this should show in the closed accounts as it was sold on

Yep it was originally Virgin money and it's now being managed by capquest on behalf of this Promontoria!

right, if Virgin did not have a default date on or before the start date of the IVA, ask them to change it
