in IVA & DRO
Hi guys, I'm here again and now I'm trying to sort out my wife's IVA as she also has a default registered with an incorrect date. The debt is now owned by "PROMONTORIA LOKI DAC" however I'm unable to find any information or even a website about this company anywhere online, does anyone know who they are?

was the default date correct on the original lender/creditor that went into the IVA? If it wasn't, then it may be simpler to get them to correct this date first0

Have a look at your credit report; this should show in the closed accounts as it was sold on0 -
Yep it was originally Virgin money and it's now being managed by capquest on behalf of this Promontoria!ManyWays said:I'd imagine it wasn't
