Win A Luxury West End Break on the Heart Network and the Capital Network, November - December 2025 – Specific Rules
1. The Shaftesbury Capital promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from 11th November 2025 to 17th December 2025 on the Heart Network and the Capital Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Shaftesbury Capital and the ‘Prize Provider’ is Shaftesbury Capital.

4. Online entry will open at 17:00 on Tuesday 11th November 2025 and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 17th December 2025. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.

Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent.

If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions.
7. Within 28 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random, and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representativesvia email OR telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 14 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. 16. Your stay at St Martin’s Lane Hotel must be redeemed before 30th December 2026. The prize is a one-night stay for two guests in the Penthouse at St Martin’s Lane Hotel in London, including breakfast for two. This prize is Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Subject to availability and blackout dates. Blackout dates include:

17. Tickets for Disney’s Hercules are valid on select evening performances (7:30pm) only. Excludes school holidays and subject to availability. The prize winner is responsible for any extra charges incurred while redeeming the prize. All elements of the prize are strictly subject to availability, non-transferrable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Children under the age of 4 (including babies) will not be admitted to the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own in the auditorium.
18. The shopping vouchers included within the prize will be available for collection upon check-in at St Martin’s Lane Hotel. Vouchers are non-transferrable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
19. The £150 towards dinner at Marjorie’s must be redeemed before 30th December 2026. You understand that you are responsible for any spend above this amount. A representative from Shaftesbury Capital PLC will create the reservation on your behalf with the £150 credit applied to your booking.
20. We will endeavour to transfer the £200 travel money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.
21. You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.
22. The prize must be redeemed before 30th December 2026.
23. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, meals outside of what is listed is not included within the prize.
