Fudiciary Law and executors

Hello, I would like to know if the inventory list of a deceased estate is available to the public (that's me)! I am aware of a situation regarding the conduct of the executors.
1.  The person died in September 2022.
2.  Money has yet to be paid to a creditor.
3.  They pulled out of the sale of property located in France which has not been declared for probate, valued at €280,000. A sale has now be agreed but for €193,000 net.
4.  They kept the pay out for the mortgage protection and did not declare this for probate.
5.  They have shared out the money from the estate.
6.  In order to take this matter further, I need to see the inventory list.

No only the residual beneficiaries are entitled to that. If you are Owen money by the estate then you will have to pursue the executors of the estate. You already seem to have evidence that beneficiaries have been paid without paying a creditor either priority over them.
