Your charity of choice might have an arrangement with a solicitor to do it for a set price. And this is one situation where the solicitor as executor makes perfect sense.Luxton28 said:Thanks for everyone's responses, very useful.
I intend to leave all of my estate to a charity and i just wanted to make sure i do it right so it doesn't end up all going back to the Crown!
