Ford Savings

Hi
I have multiple saving accounts with  Ford savings which I top up monthly with various amounts to help me budget. The interest rate is constantly getting reduced and I have tried to find an alternative bank that "allows" you  to have multiple accounts with them with a better interest rate I know about chase but I wont be allowed back in as I switched away in March this year I know of pots associated with monzo and starling etc but they attract less interest that the current Ford offering.
Any help appreciated

Ford seem pretty good on the reduction front compared to some others in my experience, but you can keep an eye on rates of other accounts here: https://moneyfactscompare.co.uk/savings-accounts/easy-access-savings-accounts/

Cahoot might be of interest as people have mentioned having multiple accounts.

Possibly Spring Savings. App only but I think that you can have more than one easy access account. Currently 4.11%. Deposits and withdrawals are instant.

How many different accounts do you need ? If it's not many, then you could open a few different accounts with the savings providers at the top of the EA best-buy list and get between 4.30 and 4.50% with established providers like Ulster, Cahoot and Shawbrook (bearing in mind any minimum balances needed to get those higher rates).

Zopa's 'pot' system would have been ideal for your needs if you could have bagged the boosted rate offer which takes their access pots to 4.75% (currently) but, unfortunately, that offer ended recently and Zopa's default rate (at 3.25%) is considerably lower than Ford's so obviously not worth considering.

I don’t think Ford ‘constantly ‘ reduces their interest rates. I have always find them reliable and only make changes in line with the BOE reductions.
