Cheap stamps help/cheap postage

Hello, I send around 200 2nd class letters a week through my business, currently I buy commemorative stamps from discountpostage.uk, they are 48p using a combination of 3 or 4 stamps, im just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that can provide them even cheaper? ive looked everywhere and it seems they are the cheapest but im open to suggestions

The company I used to work for used the below company for mail, I know it resulted in savings but it wasn't my Department so I'm unsure how much but worth looking into

My post or the OP's.  If you're referring to my post, it's not spam, the company I used to work for did use Whistl post but they did generate a lot of mail (mostly letters) over a big area. 

As a member of this site since 2006 and with nearly 13k posts I'm definitely not a scammer.

CostCo sell slightly reduced postage stamps, but by the time you've paid for membership it may not be worthwhile, unless they do other stuff you're interested in. 

There are usually threads before Christmas advertising cheaper stamps, I think Superdrug has done it a few times. They might limit how many you can buy on one visit, and they might sell out.

its not spam its a genuine question, the linked site is legit I've used them plenty of times, they also have trust piolet with good reviews (albeit only 6 or 7), out of curiosity, whats wrong with the web page?

Some of that required stuff seems to have appeared since this thread was started.
