My family and I are flying with RyanAir on Saturday. I will have the 3 boarding passes on my Ryanair app. I've asked Ryanair how i transfer boarding passes to my family but nil response!
Pretty sure you can a) get people to download the Ryanair app and have other people retrieve the booking and passes, or b) send individual ones to Google Pay/Apple Pay and display them from there. Or, worst case scenario, you just have to scan all three people through yourself.
Are you sure about using Google Wallet/Apple Thingy?

Not that Ryanair would impose some stupid rule that says it has to be on their app and not something like, say, a bit of A4 paper or an app that's been downloaded over a billion times?
Fairly sure ive sent the boarding passes to Google Pay as recently as May, cant imagine its changed since.
Me too, in September, but that was flying with a "normal" airline.

EDIT - sorry, are you specifically saying you moved Ryanair passes from their app to Google Wallet?
    Yes. As per link posted.
Thanks, thought a general point was being made.

Even shared the link to my wife so she could get her ones.
Same here, as recently as last month.

Travelling as a group, we always do this as a safeguard against device loss/failure etc.
Copy all boarding passes, car hire/Air BnB confirmations etc to to everybody.

We have the app on both phones, I just download my ticket to Apple wallet, sign out, sign in on my wife's phone and download her ticket to her Apple wallet sign out on her phone and back in on mine. As long as I can remember my password rather than just using FR its a 2 min job.

My phone's password is thirty random characters, as is my partner's - that ain't going to work for us. Does Apple not allow sending/sharing wallet items to other wallets?

Why not just share the passes from the Wallet app?

    Hello all,

my parents are over 70 and do not own a smartphone. They are currently in Spain and due to return in 2 weeks on a ryanair flight. What are they supposed to do? Can I check them online by using the browser on my laptop?

Ask Mr O'Reilly, he's the one who thinks this is a great idea.

Or, just look at the MSE page rather than providing a passive aggressive answer (yes, we know you hate Ryanair, build a bridge and get over it):

"If you've checked in online, you can ask Ryanair to print your boarding pass at the airport for you"
