i've emailed a reply to their letter of claim. I've had an automated response so know it's arrived. Their automated response directs all emails about parking charges to their website which has a form to complete. Am i ok to ignore that form (it asks for lots of 'mandatory' information like telephone numbers which i don't want to give).
I'm happy to post my (template) response if email is not robust enough.
thanks and sorry to clog up the thread but wanted to check as I will go to court over this one - i have a ticket but the machine wasn't working for cards so i was delayed looking for cash to pay. I am so angry and also frustrated with self as it's taking a lot of time and energy and fear i guess ... really appreciate the support of those who made this thread and shared information Thank you.

Presumably DCB LEGAL, NOT DCBL
email is OK, to their info@ email address1 -
yes dcb legal and info@ email.
thank you. Is there a reason not to complete the form on their website - i'm just curious although didn't press send because it asks for phone numbers etc and the case, which i read is not worth sharing becaue they will take to court anyway. I'm so angry - machien wasnt' working, i gave my cash to a mum picking up her kids from school, then walked to a shop to get coins for me, and was still only 5 minutes over the time i entered and left. but do have a ticket anyway, starting about 15 mins after i arrived because i had to go and get the money to pay - cards weren't being accepted and there was no signage anywhere to call for help.
anyway, i ramble/rant. Wasting hours because i refuse to pay when i already paid and spent time making sure i covered the time i was away from my car. I don't have evidence of much, but somehow fortunately i still have my ticket from that day about a year ago.
thank you!0 -
You save your ammunition for later, no need to jump through their hoops, they will follow their clients instructions, so choose your battles wisely
Thousands of other victims have emailed them with the template, so stick to the plan3 -
Thank you Gr1pr. Appreciate your time and the sharing of your wisdom along with others here. It is hugely appreciated by me and so many others i imagine.2
