Halifax - how to get Pay refs on bank statements and csv downloads

Hi all,
we use payment references such as Invoice numbers to track incoming and outgoing payments and we use the csv download option as well as viewing the statement onscreen. The csv option does not give payment references so we have to manually add these to the excel file which is a pain. The onscreen statement does not automatically show the references but we used to be able to print out the onscreen statement with the references shown as part of the statement without any clicking on each and every item to "expand" the statement. The printout we used to be able to do had the payment reference on the same line after the Payee name along with the date and time of the transaction.
We are unable to do this anymore and it seems to have changed within the last week or so.
We have tried all possible options we can think off for both csv and onscreen statement options. The monthly pdf download option (the tiles screen where once you click on a particuar month a tick appears) does not show the reference and is therefore unsuitable.
Questions - does anyone know how we can get the references to shown automatically when we print out from the screen as well as getting the references automatically in the csv file download?
