Debenhams rip=off

I ordered sketchers from Debenhams for £49 + £4.98 postage, The order was cancelled by them and I only received a refund for £49. No communication back from them. They have charged me postage for an item that was never sent. Seems a con. Has anyone else had this experience?

Have now just received a reply stating that postage will be refunded. Will assume that this will happen. If not, will update post.0
