TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “WIN TICKETS TO CASTLE OF LIGHT WITH HISTORIC SCOTLAND AND GREATEST HITS”(the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1.       COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

The online competition is open from between 06:00 on MONDAY 10th NOVEMBER 2025 and 10:00 on SUNDAY 14thDECEMBER 2025.

One online competition winner will be chosen by electronic random draw after 10:00 on MONDAY 15th DECEMBER 2025. If the entrant cannot be contacted within four weeks, we reserve the right to pick a replacement.

Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry with a residential postcode within the Greatest Hits Radio (Scottish Borders & North Northumberland) radio station broadcast area according to Ofcom.

 

o   Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any employees of any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered

o   One entry per residential household

5. The Competition and the Prize

The prize winner(s) will be those persons who are chosen to take part in the on-air element of the competition and are selected by electronic random draw.

We reserve the right to pick a replacement entrant if the original entrant does not comply with any of these terms.

Bauer Media (the “Promoter”) are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.

8.       DATA PROTECTION

Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 9.       INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS

You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

10.   MISCELLANEOUS

1.       Entries that don’t comply with these terms will not be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you have breached them.

2.       If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

3.       The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

4.       We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.

After tryiing repeatedly toenter to win Edinburgh Castle of light (Tried on and off for 2 hours!!! - obviously something very wrong with the entry form.  Awful disappointed and of course frustrated at the time spent in trying to enter.
